Application
When an explosion occurs in an airbag or the SRS light is turned on accidentally, commonly the airbag controller should be replaced since the traditional tools cannot clear the trouble code. Actually, the controller can be used normally again after the trouble code is cleared, if there is no damage to the controllers hardware. This item is used to reset the airbag.

Brief Introduction:
The professional duplicating machine, AD90, has been designed and built to keep pace with the constant evolution of transponder car keys.
The AD90 key duplicator features the most innovative electronic components in the field of radio frequencies thus allowing easy detection, reading and cloning (duplication) of fixed code transponders and the identification of cryptographic transponder codes.
The AD90 in addition has major features such as copying of Crypto 42 type transponders and the Texas 4C and 4D transponders. These are additional options but make the AD90 a powerful tool.

This high-performance tool covers up the new generation of instrument clusters from 2002.
Included are GolfV,Touran, Passat B6, Jetta, the new Seat models, such as Altea II and the new Skodas.
This high-performance tool for VW / SEAT /SKODA cars enables you to:
recalibrate the odometer
add keys to the car even though you don't have all existing keys available
do key adaptation without 5 minutes delay on new keys
read out the login / secret key code (SKC)
write the vehicle identification number and the immobiliser number
download and store the entire immobiliser block decrypted
clone instrument clusters by writing the immobiliser block from a file
read out trouble codes of CAN-ECUs and erase them
Those functions are absolute unique and give you the chance to earn the money when you normally have to send away your customer.
An example:
a customer wants an additional key adapted to his car.
The normal diagnostic procedure requires that all adapted keys are available.
Unfortunately your customer brought only one key along.
At this point you have to send your customer away (and with him his money ...)
Not with VAGdashCAN.
You can add a key to the existing ones without erasing them. You start the procedure with the new key and after some seconds it is adapted to the car.
You don't have to wait 5 minutes for the adaptation channels to become reachable.
Another example:
A customer wants to change his instrument cluster. Normally this is procedure with a lot "ifs and buts".
Not with VAGdashCAN, because you are beyond standard diagnostic procedures!
Just read out the origin immobiliser block and store it. Then you change the instrument cluster and write the origin immobiliser block into the new cluster. That's it.
No further adaptations are necessary.
You don't need new keys.
You don't have to care for immobiliser type classes

Features:
BDM 100 new version is a universal reader/programmer (it does not require our RACE software necessarily) that allows the user to read and program files in the ECU supplied with MOTOROLA MPC5xx processor (essential).
BDM 100 requires the ECU to be open, "on the bench", as the reading/programming operations are realized by linking a flat cable to specific area the ECU (the tool, on the other side, is linked to the USB port of a computer).
BDM 100 allows also to create perfect copies of the whole software of an ECU (after having read the original ECU software).
The software allows to read and program the WHOLE ECU content of:
29BL802 SSOP eprom file (or ROM memory with maps if eprom physically not present);
MOTOROLA MPC5xx Processor file;
Serial Eprom content.
Please note that even in the case of the ECU blocking, due to the wrong checksum recalculation, the ECU can always be reprogrammed and then retrieved (if the original software has been previously stored).
